Objective:
Our summer soccer camps are designed to help young players improve technical ability as well as tactical applications. We work on all fundamental aspects of the game every day but each day we emphasize one particular area. Small Sided games and mini tournaments provide game related opportunities to apply lessons and promote a fun camp environment.

Typical Daily Schedule:
8:45 - 9:00 am Check-In on day one, arrival every day after
9:00 - 9:15 am Orientation, coaches greet players and explain the daily topics
9:15 - 10:15 am Technical Session, focusing on skill work and Speed, Agility, Quickness, Balance.
10:15 - 10:30 am Snack Break for players
10:30 - 11:15 am Technical Session, focusing on ball control and skill mastery
11:15 - Noon Small-sided Games, with either a tactical focus or match conditions
Noon - 1:00 pm Lunch Break, players bring their lunches and any midday rest activity
(Camper lunches can/will be stored in concession stand)
1:00 - 1:45 pm Speed, Agility, Plyometric
1:45 - 2:45 pm Tactical Session
2:45 - 3:45 pm Full-sided Games
3:45 - 4:00 pm Closing, Cooldown
What to Bring:
Lunch / Snacks
Ball (age group appropriate size, with player name on it)
Shin guards with soccer socks that fully cover
Fluids (Water, Gatorade, etc.)
Sunscreen
Change of socks (not required but may come in handy)
Any required medical needs
