Objective:
This goalkeeper camp is designed for GK’s seeking a demanding environment to lay a strong foundation for season start as well to bring their game to the next level. They will do this by being trained by goalkeeper Coach Mike Wentzler in a dynamic environment that will combine all major pillars for goalkeeping such as:
Proper warm up & flexibility
Power, speed, agility and quickness
Ball handling
Shot blocking
Stance/Positioning
Diving
1v1’s
Crossed Balls
Game like situations
Training mentality
Communication
What to Bring:
Gloves
Cleats
Shin guards (soccer socks that fully cover shin guards)
Ball
Fluids (Water, Gatorade)
Weather appropriate clothes
